Steering problem
2008 Other Suzuki Models Two Wheel Drive Manual 4000km miles

I bought a swift dzire diseal [suzuki] 4 months ago. when the car is turned on rough roads there is thudding noise in the steering as if something is loose.on smooth roads no sound whatsoever. since the car is under warranty,the steering gear box was replaced,also the column,but still the sound persists.And the sound is more while turning to left.recently damper nut was adjusted and the sound reduced a bit.damper is of metal not plastic.what can be the issue and the remedy? kindly suggest.I donot want service people to dissect the car with their hit and trial method. the sound appears to be in the column area but is said to be vibrating from steering gear box. IT is rack and pinion type powersteering. kindly help..........
