My 1999 Suzuki Esteem has been sitting for about a year and i recently got it up and running again to use for comuuting to work. The previous owner got into a minor accident and now it makes a crackling noise when i turn left. Would this be an axle problem? Bearings? I'm not sure what it might be and/or if it is safe to be driving? Other than the noise when turning it's just fine other than that the headlights are always on and cant figure out how to get them to turn off? Maybe a fuse?
