Only getting 12 volts at battery when running. Less with the lights on. Charging light not lit. When negative cable is lifted off, engine continues to run and I get 15 volts reading between the negative cable end and the positive on the battery. Checked all connections. As soon as cable is back on the battery, back to 12 volts.
