after putting in a small amount of fuel injection cleaner in the tank , my oil light came on and when I looked under the hood the exhaust manifold was cherry red. After cooling off it started and I made it home. The vehicle will only start after sitting for at least 24 hours and than it just barely idles and will dies and then will not fire again. it cranks and turns over fine , I have spark athe plugs and fuel coming into the throtlle body. I can feel air coming out of the exhaust pipe and smell fuel. O2 sensor or catylitic convertor?

Could be both to include the coolant temperature sensor stuck in the open loop and computer throwing fuel at it-
