I can't power to anything with key off or on. I check the fueses, and battery they are good.
What do I check for now?

Power from the battery has to go thru all the fusible links to get to the ignition switch and in turn power controlled devices.

Before I took the battery out, it was fine, then later put it back in, that is when all this happen.
Where is the fuesable links located at, and could I have bumbed something?

The fusible links should be in the power distribution box or atteached to the positive battery or to the starter.
Doube check the battery connections make sure its clean and tight and negative cable to the engine and engine to firewall
