2006 Suzuki Forenza Timing Belt broke

While I was driving the car died. I tried to start it again, and it wouldn't. I had it towed and the shop infromed me that it was the timing belt. I am conserned about how much it is going to cost. The shop told me that there is a possibility that when the timing belt broke, it could have bent some of the valves. My question, is this possible with this type of car, and how much do these type of repairs cost.

It has most probably bent valves .. without knowing the extent of damage we cannot quote cost's !!

I have the same situation what if the dealership was the one that replaced the timing belt and its still hasnt been 60,000 until the next change?
