I need to replace the lower right control arm. The problem is trying to remove the front bolt, it just spins.

Tried to remove remove the suspension frame but the bolts just round out.

Hello - Glad to hear back and thanks for the info.

I only see 3 connection points. The one is to the ball joint - nut you have that off. The next is the bolt that goes to the frame that I do not have marked and that has a nut. Is this the one you said is stripped? Are you using metric tools - did you see the nut - did you try penetrating oil first and let it soak? The next bolt I see is the one I have circled - is this the one you said just spins? I can not see from the pic but is there a nut on it? Can you stick a punch through the other side and as you turn it to back it out push with the punch to move it out? Penetrating oil.....have you put any there? Does any of this help? Are we on the same page?

Hello –

Well – glad you got it apart……….sometimes that is the only route – besides a hammer we should always have a good cutting tool in our box

Thanks for the info/update
