Give it a major tune-up

Thank you very much for your answer, but can you please tell me how can I do that.

Performing a tune-up involves: checking the engine compression, ignition timing, adjusting the air/fuel mixture and curb idle speed, replacing the sparkplugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, fuel filter and the list goes on. My advise is to bring it in to an engine performance auto shop.
