New front shocks?

My truck is a little bouncy when it hits big bumps in the road. I was wondering if this means the suspension/shocks are worn out or is it just a soft suspension system. I bought the truck about a month ago so I do not know the type of suspension that is on it. The shocks look newer to me.

Try this test. Bounce the car and it should stop bouncing within 3 bounces. If it does, the shocks are okay. If it bounces more times, they need replaced.
