Suspension Popping noises

Recently my vehicle has started to make popping noises in the right front wheel area, especially when i am on a bumpy road, even when i am driving, what could be my issue?

The steering and suspension systems should be inspected at a tire and alignment shop. There are too many possible causes to make a guess over a computer. At the mileage you listed, worn lower ball joints, upper strut mounts, struts, and control arm bushings are the best suspects.
