Suspension issue sound metal in metal?

When I turn my car full left it sound metal in metal but in normal turn no issue. But sometimes it makes sound in bumps. Also, having checked the ball joint it's okay. Please address my issue.

It sounds like you have a bearing hub that is out, can you upload short video of the noise so I can tell for sure?
