How do I get a lowered car back to factory height

I just.bought this car it is lowered to the point that it could not even go over a speed bump. how do I get it back to factory height?

That depends on how they lowered it. If they did the job correctly you will be replacing most of the front and rear suspension parts. Hopefully they did not cut off brackets and mounting tabs for the OEM parts. Your best option would really be to buy a parts car to get the items you will need.
