Rear tires seem to wobble slightly

I recently bought this SUV and when i drove it i noticed turning to sharp it would rumble. I figured the tires were rubbing but now my rear tires seem to wobble slightly and when i stop to hard and try to go again my rpm's have to be high to get it to go again. I am not sure if it's my leaf springs and u-bolts or something else. Any suggestions?

Maybe I am not understanding the issue but this doesn't sound like a suspension issue. The leaf spring just supports the weight of the body. It won't cause the tires to wobble or cause the RPM to rev up after braking hard.

Maybe the best thing is to get a video of what is happening so we can get a better idea. Let's start with the issue when you are braking and the RPM's go high to move again. Just get a video of the RPM's and Speedometer so we can see what is happening.

As for the tires wobbling, we need to make sure the lug nuts are tight and then after that we will need to measure runout of the hubs if it is still doing it. Keep in mind, when tires get older the do give the appearance of wobbling but will normally have a vibration at higher speeds. If you are not getting this then I would suspect there isn't anything wrong with it.

Again, let's start with a video of the cluster when this happens and go from there. Thanks
