Okay, I am not a dummy so from the start I have replaced all sensors, wires and hoses related to the fuel/air systems. The only thing I have not done is replace the fuel pressure regulator. My truck surges only when in drive and only after it warms up. The first five minutes she runs great. I took the TBI off and cleaned the injectors and noticed the spring in the fuel pressure regulator is stuck. Could this cause the surge? I figured if it was the for it would also surge in park. I am stuck any suggestions or actual answers. The truck is my only means of transportation I need her back on the road.

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and IAC hole with choke cleaner if you have not already. then check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it, see link.

The sticking regulator could cause it and it likely would act worse under load.
