Supercharger will not crank or turn over

Last week I tried to jump someone and it didn't take. I parked the car and went to crank the car again nothing came on. I checked cable on battery it was really loose I pushed it back down everything came back on. I drove it home, but it started a whining noise from the belts. A couple of days later I got into it and it would not start. I tried to have it jumped, but would not even start with a jump. I'm at a loss and I can't take anymore car trouble. I still can't get my other Bucik up and running, desperate need help.
