Sunroof will not stay closed

When I try to close the sunroof, it will just open right back up. I turn the knob to the close position (from open, not tilted up) it seems to close all the way; but right when it seems closed it opens back up.

Okay, it sounds like it is reaching it amp limit like something is stuck or it is getting jammed when you are trying to close it can you help it to see if it closes? Watch your fingers.
