Sunroof and air conditioner not working

My sunroof wont open, it does not even make a sound when you push the buttons and the air conditioner is blowing hot air.

check fuses then see if power goes through the switch it may be the unit itself which a mechanic would need to look at . see picture.

sorry misread it . check to see if the large pipe under hood is cold if it is then try pulling HVAC fuse inside car it may be a temperature actuator if not it is probably out of Freon so a mechanic would need to look at that due to a leak.
