The sunroof seems to be caught on the shade part underneath it. I cannot get it to shut, help me please.

Hi,
What happens if you try opening it? Will it move? As far as the issue is concerned, this needs to be taken to the dealer since it is under warranty. However, they don't open until Monday, so let's see what we can do.
Let me know if it will open further, that might give you the chance to move the shade or what it is caught on.
