Need to get sunroof closed properly

Need to manually close sun/moon roof. Have the window slid forward, but back will not come up and seal. I think the motor may be shot. Do not care if it never works again. Just need to get it closed properly.

There is no easy way to do this. There is no hand crank so if the motor is out is best to replace it. Here are diagrams to help you get the job done and instruction as well.
