suburban face lift

can i get a face lift for my suburban to the newer generation? for example 1997 or 2000? i would like to change the front of my 1984 suburban to a new generation but i do not know that until what year it is possible this face lift.

A 1984 would require extensive work to do this and a lot of money. your truck is in demand now a days so just fix it up.
