fwd windshield washer inoperative. Fuse is good and pump is good. I swapped wire conector from rear to forward washer pump. The fwd washer works with rear switch and rear doesn't work with fwd switch. The wiring to conector looks good. Is there a relay or power supply somewhere in this circuit? If so, where is it? If it is the switch that is at fault, is this a time consuming replacement? I believe the switch is in the wiper arm assembly mounted to steering column.
