My wife has a 2002 Subaru Outback. The Heater and A/C blower stopped working today. She went to put on the A/C and the blower did not kick on. I checked the heat and the same thing. When you turn it on, you can here the compressor kick in, but no air. I checked all fuses and they are good. Does this sound like the blower and if so how is it fixed. Is this a common problem with the '02 models? Could a relay cause the same issue?
