2000 Subaru Outback 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 213k miles
When at idle(or at slow speeds <30mph) wipers usually work fine. Higher speeds will cause the windshield wipers to go past the drivers side roof supports. I can even see the tips of the wipers out of the drivers side window. At times the wiper will "bottom-out" on the down stroke making a loud noise. Do i need to replace the whole wiper assembly or are there some adjustment i can make
