Computer problem
2000 Subaru Outback

Our remote broke, but luckily we had purchased a (unprogramed) extra remote. So now we have a remote that we are not able to use with our Outback. How do I program my new remote to work with our Subaru?

open door get in close door. cycle ignition from off to on 10 times within 15 seconds without starting it. open door and close it, push any button. horn should sound twice after the ignition sequence and once after the button was pushed. repeat this action for every remote up to 4 and if only one remote is used you should program it four times so that no other possible remote will work on your car
