My 2000 Subaru Outback sedan needs a new transmission. Will cost about $3,000. Should I fix or sell?

Car is in great condition otherwise..

Hi there,

We this is really your call. do you invest 3K in a car you are happy with and otherwise is working fine, of spend a considerable amount more on a new car... or up date to a late 2nd hand car with unknown issues.. if you are happy with what you have fix it, but just do the mats first.
