I own a 1996 subaru legacy 2.5 GT with 157000 miles. When car is shut off for short time car will not start and check engine comes on. Eventually the car will start. Fuel pump sounds like it is blowing bubbles. Almost no vacuum pressure at egr solenoid valve. Check engine light will go off in a few days and car will run fine and then it happens again. Computer is saying egr valve malfunction and catalytic converter malfunction left bank. Any ideas.
