97 Subaru Legacy intake kit

Your car has a mass air flow sensor where the 2000 and newer and some 98 and 99 cal emmissions cars also dont have a mass air flow sensor.You can buy the big horn style filter that replaces the air box that houses the filter then go to a wrecking yard and buy a 90 to 96 legacy air intake snorkel this will eliminate the big silencer /dampener your car has @ the throttle body.There will be a little fabrication work but you will save huge over the cold intake kit for your car.
