when i come to a stop my breaks don't release.
don't know if this is caused by the master cylinder or the abs.

is the hill holder the cable that comes from the clutch cable adjustment lever to the, it looks like another master cylinder under the breake master??? i dont know

ABS won't hold brakes on, even if the light is on! Wich set front or back don't release? or is it all 4? And does your car have the hill holder feature?

Yes it's tied in to your clutch and I believe either the clutch needs adjustment or hill holder needs adjustmen! Her is the way to do it!
