1992 Other Subaru Models oil pressure car's going to die!

I have a 92 subaru loyale w/ 86000 miles on it. I recently took it to get an oil change and they showed me that i have a major leak. They said the oil was unable to get to the engine because it was draining near the bottom so all the pressure was pushing downward. I got the leak fixed but now the oil pressure is low. What could the problem be?? HELP!!

sounds like a oil pump problem.

sorry to make that last message so short.but i also have a 92 loyalle 4wd.does the engine make a nocking noise? if not,try putting a NEWoil pump in.im interested in helping you through this.if this has helped please donate.keep in touch!
