1) Whenever my car is driven, even for a short while, and then the engine is turned off, for the next 5 minutes you can hear snap, crackle and popping noises coming from the front engine under the hood. None of my other cars ever did this, and I bought the car brand new and it has done this since day one. Can you tell me if this is serious?
2) Also I drove over a big pothole today and now when I drive this car I hear a slight thumping sound coming from the front passinger side tire, where the pothole was driven over, is there something wrong with my tires now or suspension? Or is it that I need to do a realignment or tire rotation? I dont know much about cars, so I really need your honest help sir.
