2003 Subaru Legacy P0732 - Gear 2 Ratio

2003 Subaru Legacy All Wheel Drive Automatic 107000 miles

I am got a check engine light and when I had the code read it gave me P0732 which is gear 2 ratio however the person said he had never seen it before. If you could help me figure out what is wrong or who might know how I could fix it that would be great.
