1. SOME TECHNICIANS HAVE ADVICED ME TO CHANGE THE FAN BELTS WHILE OTHERS SAY THE BELTS ARE STILL INTACT AND HAVE NOT WORN OUT. What are the diagnostic features that lead to change of routing belts?

2. Which components is one supposed to change as routine preventive maintenance?
