Electrical problem
1995 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual
I am having a problem where my low-beam headlights are way too dim, but my high beams work great. I am having no other electrical problems and so don't think it's the alternator or battery. Because the high beams work, I don't think it's a faulty ground. Could it be a relay? I am hoping it is not the dimmer switch. What could it be? Thanks.
