1995 Subaru Legacy dash lights not working

Replaced burned out brake bulb when dash lights went out. Brakes and running lights working but no dash lights. Disconnect battery overnight in hopes of reset with no joy. Suggestions?

The computer does not do anything with reference to istrament cluster. Check the fuses on the driver side door kicker panel
