Transmission problem
1992 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

When car is cold I press the gas pedal down and RPMs go up but car won't accelerate right away. (It seams that there is some kind of pressure that must be built up.) After less than 8 seconds it will be fine and act normal. When I am on a hill the car goes backward when you take your foot off the accelerator.
