Transmission problem
1991 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive 300,00 miles

I drained the transmission oil and tried to refill it but the new oil does now go down.

Hi bwohlforth,

You need to start the engine for the fluid to go down after you have filled in some amount. Repeat the process tilll the correct fluid level is achieved.
