I had the same problem last year when i reset a check engine code, but it whent back to normal after a few miles. Now i have run already 80 miles and is still accelerated. Will you please give me a clue to start?

When you say 40 cycle/starts it means turn on and off the engine 40 times?

It takes about 40 restarts of the engine for the computer to relearn its memory-if it continues check the idle air control valve and the throttle position sensor-
