Hi
I just bought used 2001 subaru impreza. Everything works fine execpt the air condition. It works but the air coming out of it is very low even I'am turning fan to full speed. when i am puting fan to full level it is really noise as compared to my other car. it looks like something stuck in there.
can anybody advise me what to do?

Hi there,

Are all the bi-levels working correctly and is the fan working on all speeds?

Hi there,

I would be looking for a faulty blower motor bearing or some foreign matter in the fan space, just a few leaves working there way into the fan space can cause havoc.

hi mark
one another thing i would like to ask you.
there is fuse in subaru for converting AWD to FWD. if i'm driving my AWD subaru on FWD considering less consumption of petrol, dose it make long term bad impact on my car?
Thanks!

Hi there,

If you can select Front wheel drive only, there are a few considerations, you will save on fuel (marginal at best) tyre wear will be more uneven, handling will be marginally less responsive, there may be more detailed info in your users hand book.
