2002 Subaru Forester engine oil leak into spark plug hole

engine oil leak into spark plug hole. And some oil leak in the PVC valve area. Need to add some oil after drive ~2000 mile. What is the root cause? thanks,

The most likley problem is the valve cover o-ring grommets. Very unlikley that the head has a crack in it.
