code P0037 HO2s bank 1 sen 2 heater curcit low I clear it and it comes back after 6 miles how can it be fixed for good I changed the cat. O2sensor front and back about one year ago

check for problems in the wiring from the PCM, or air/fuel metering. If these check fine then replace the o2 sensor with an OEM.
