When I shift into Reverse, particularly when engine is cold, it seems to "drop" into gear with a clunk. This does not occur when shifting into Drive. It is less noticable but still occurs when engine is warm or rpm are low. Is this indicative of impending problems? If so, would repair at this time stave off more costly ones?
