2000 Subaru Forester Moisture on passenger side

2000 Subaru Forester 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive 216000 miles

The passenger side floorboard is soaked - and has been for at least two months. Can you give me any advice or reason for this?

I know you're not using the AC -I would say the heater core is leaking if you're in fact using the AC -your drain tube is backing-up-its clogged-up,also there's a different in smell-
