Stuck steering wheel/ignition key lock

cannot turn ignition key to start vehicle, steering wheel is locked. steering wheel is centered (not turned). transmission gear shift is all the way into park position. key is clean and ignition switch has been cleaned and lubed. remote start did work but not now. Battery checks out good. power locks and alarm work fine.

If I can unlock the steering wheel it might let me start the car with the key I do not know. Steering wheel is stuck.
I have tried everything I can think of and all online tips I can find to unlock the steering wheel.

Any advice would be great!

Hello,

You have EPS on that car (electronic power steering) can I ask if you can move the wheel back and forth a little bit or does it seem like the steering wheel is seized?
