Stuck necklace in defrost vent

My necklace fell through one of the holes on top of the dashboard where the defrost comes out of. Is there any way that I can get it out? Or is it gone for good? Also, where could it possibly lead to?

Hi Hoemid,

It is not gone forever. It feel down into your HVAC housing and is probably laying down in the bottom. Most likely if you remove the blower motor you will be able to move one of the doors and see it or reach you hand in and feel it.

Here is the procedure to remove it. It is pretty easy so you can do it with simply hand tools and see if you can find it. If not, a shop will be able to get it out pretty simply.
