Stuck in park/electrical

Stuck in park. Works when I use the shift release. Check engine, ABS, brake lights are all on. Replaced brake light switch. All fuses checked and good to go. Won't connect to any scanner for codes either. Dash lights work, but speedometer and tachometer don't work. All windows, wipers, locks, etc. Work as well. Help please.. Ugh

Hello,

It sounds like the smart junction box is not working correctly but to be sure lets do a CAN scan which you can get from Amazon for about $40.00. Here is a video to show you how with instructions to change out the SJB in the diagrams below:
