Stuck in fifth gear manual

I was in 5th gear and went to neutral and the truck stayed in 5th but the stick has a little bit of play but will not go into any other gear and is still in 5th.

Good morning,

Sounds like the shift rail may have lost its place and the shifter is not moving it.

You will need to remove the shifter and center the shift rails and then re install the shifter.
