Stuck in accessory mode shift to park?

It goes into accessory mode when I connect the battery (brand new). When I push the start button it shuts off and goes back into accessory mode a few moments later. When I hit the off button, it says shift to park. I've changed the ECM and MAF already and still no luck.

Yep, so the system will not shut down unless the transmission is in park fully, these cars had a problem with the shift linkage bushings which need to be checked or the linkage needs to be readjusted, here is the instructions on how to do so in the images below. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
