Stuck bolt in crank shaft pulley

Are you using an impact air gun or trying to remove by hand? If you are removing it by hand, I attached below the instructions needed to remove it. You will need to use a holding tool of some sort just to hold it in place when trying to take it out.

If you are using an impact gun then make sure you are using a 1/2 inch tool because 3/8 or 1/4 is probably not strong enough.
