Looking at service info shows the OE numbers for the rear struts as
48540-49245 LH and 48530-49415 RH That is for bare struts though as that is how the OE units come. The Monroe you have is a quick strut with a complete assembly, but the only change between it and a bare strut is the 1. So the Monroe number for a bare strut would be 72214. Looking at that number and what it seems to cross over to the numbers don't match the OE numbers. However it does match the AWD numbers for the Lexus version of that suspension. I would say the parts catalogs have them confused.
It's one reason I try to use OE parts, they fit. You might visit a local parts store and see what they have in both the AWD and the FED versions, See if they just have the numbers reversed. The issue is that I don't see the measurement on that end listed so it would only help in person.

Because i ordered a Monroe quick strut from car parts .com and the one they sent wouldn't fit, it measures 2 and 3/4in center to center, so they sent another one and said the first one was for an all-wheel drive. so, they sent another one for a FWD but it didn't fit either and it too measures 2 and 3/4in center to center. my factory strut measures 3 and 1/4in or 3 and 3/8in center to center could they have sent the wrong one twice? funny thing is they had the correct part number sticker on the box on the second order, but still the strut was incorrect. What to do now? Is my car some kind of freak? please help if you can?
