Strong fuel smell coming in through vents in vehicle

On average how much does it cost to replace the Fuel Pressure Regulator in a 2000 Chevy Silverado, 2500?? Need to know soon please, as my baby's being held captive at nearby garage.

on average the regulator is 45-90 dolars depending on where you get it. Acording to the book rate labor should only be about a half hour or so to replace, not including any diagnostic time. Cost on those depends on shops hourly labor rate,($60.00hr = $1.00 min). I was guessing on the engine though and went with the 5.7L.
